Delete your CampusSwap account
Account deletion is permanent. It removes your account and associated data subject to limited legal or security retention.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to CampusSwap.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Open the account settings/profile controls.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@campusswap.app from your registered email address. Include your registered email and, if known, your user ID. We may request verification before processing the request.
Data affected
- Account and profile information
- Your listings and profile photos
- Favorites and notification token
- Messages and conversations associated with the account, subject to the service's deletion behavior
Information required by law, needed to prevent fraud, or necessary to resolve disputes may be retained for the applicable period and then deleted or anonymized.
